As a Mecca Bingo Team Member, you’ll be part of a vibrant team responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience. You will work across different areas of the venue from the helping behind the bar to calling the bingo, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and engaged.
The role focuses on adaptability, customer service, and teamwork to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for visitors.
Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for all guests. Work across different areas of the venue, including assisting behind the bar and calling the bingo, adapting to various tasks as needed.
