The exciting partof joining KPA PropertyManagement at thistimeis thatit'snot a typical 9-5 stuck in anoffice and needing to navigate the horrendous Bristol rushhour traffic astheydon't have anoffice!Your work is carried outremotely and property visits are carried out as and whenrequired. Youhave the autonomy to make this your own to grow and who knows, yourrole could look very different in 18months.
The role involves supervising a teamof 5 primarily remote staff and working closely with the Directorsof the business. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-dayoperations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, andcontributing to the ongoing growth and success oftheagency.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Superviseand support a team of remote administrative staff, providingguidance, training, and mentorship as needed. Ensure team membersare meeting performance targets andKPIs.
* Manage theoperational aspects of our lettings business, including but notlimited to property inspections, rent pricing, and tenantenquiries. Act as a resource for staff, addressing issues andproviding solutions as theyarise.
* Uphold ourcommitment to exceptional customer service by ensuring allinteractions with landlords and tenants are handled withprofessionalism, care, andintegrity.
* Makeinformed decisions to resolve tenant issues, handle crisissituations, and liaise with landlords and trade partners asnecessary. Demonstrate quick thinking and sound judgment inhigh-pressuresituations.
* Utiliseour proprietary workflow systems and established software packagessuch as FixFlowand Xero to streamline operations and enhanceefficiency.
* Maintainthe highest ethical standards in all dealings with customers,colleagues, and stakeholders. Foster a culture of honesty,transparency, and collaboration within theteam.
Qualifications andSkills:
* 5yearsexperience inresidential lettings or property management isessential.
* Strongleadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire aremote team.
* Theability to adapt and evolve with a growingagency.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centricapproach.
* Provenability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively in afast-pacedenvironment.
* Must be aself-starter witha continuous improvementmindset.
* Tech-savvywith the ability to adapt to new systems andtechnologies.
* ARLAqualification is preferred, or a willingness to obtaincertification with support from thecompany.
* Flexibilityand willingness to take on additional responsibilities asneeded.
