We are currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join a 4 bed therapeutic children's home in Swindon. This home supports children aged 8-16 who have experienced childhood trauma, providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where they can begin to heal, grow, and thrive. About the Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with their day to day lives, helping them build positive relationships, develop life skills, and achieve emotional stability. You will be part of a supportive team delivering trauma-informed care tailored to each child's needs.
