Your Role as a Specialist TA
* Provide 1:1 and small group support in a High Dependency Unit
* Use ABA strategies and PECS to deliver structured learning sessions
* Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school leaders to personalise learning plans
* Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to enhance your professional growth
* Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and contribute to a highly supportive team environment
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in ABA, SEN, or autism support is ideal—but not essential
* Someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and emotionally resilient
* A team player who can communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and families
* Passionate about helping neurodiverse pupils achieve their full potential
