You will collaborate across teams including production, marketing, and senior management, contributing to both design and research & development activities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to define project specifications and procedures Lead project planning and coordinate technical activities Contribute to R&D efforts for new and existing products Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures Monitor and report on project progress Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and sales teams Analyse technical and resource needs to assess project feasibility Support installation, maintenance, and testing of equipment Design of mechanical components and assessment of design suitability, Development of equipment specifications and performance requirements Create and maintain assembly drawings, manuals, and supporting documentation Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost calculations Liaise with clients, colleagues, and suppliers on technical matters Promote a safe working environment in line with company QHSE standards Key Requirements: Proficient in CAD and 3D CAD software (Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or Alibre preferred) Background in metal fabrication desirable Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy Familiarity with water industry standards a plus Confident in report writing and project documentation Ability to manage workload under pressure with strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable team player Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme Benefits: Company pension Cycle to work scheme On-site parking Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
