Responsibilities
Assist with tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
Advise on employee relations issues including performance management and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate case records to report on key metrics like absence or turnover trends.
Support onboarding programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with data protection regulations.
Experience
Previous experience in HR Advisor or similar role is essential.
Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in human resources management is essential.
CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification.
