Key Responsibilities
* Oversee governance and board operations, including meeting preparation, minute taking, and action tracking.
* Manage and coordinate major strategic projects, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and accountability.
* Maintain effective communication between the Board, senior leadership, and wider business.
* Support the Chairman on high-profile initiatives including international expansion, digital transformation, and special projects.
