We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our Spa team at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa
Under the leadership of our Spa Manager, Niamh, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends.
Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include 6am to 2pm, 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm, and 1pm – 9pm.
The salary for this full time position is £22,568 per annum, paid weekly.

About the role
To ensure that all Spa and Health club areas within the Spa are cleaned and presented to the Hastings Standard for the greatest enjoyment of our guests.
 * To clean the public areas of the Spa and Health Club. Typical tasks include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets, cleaning changing rooms and doing laundry.
 * To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
 * To always maintain areas, reporting any breaches and dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures.
 * To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
 * To be knowledgeable about the Spa and Health club offerings and interact with Spa members and guests.
 * Greeting guests and responding to their queries
 * To ensure that guest concerns are dealt with politely and efficiently, reporting them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
 * To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
 * Any other duties as required by management.
