Are you a Contentious Probate Solicitor (2+ years PQE) looking to take the next step in your career? Join a highly respected regional law firm with an expanding Contentious Probate team handling high-value disputes for a broad client base, including both medium and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role:
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:
* Handle a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:
Inheritance Act claims
Will disputes and challenges
Executor, beneficiary and trustee disputes
Trust litigation
* Assist the Partner with complex, high-value cases
* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations
* Collaborate closely with an experienced team, offering expert legal support
About You:
* 2+ years PQE in Contentious Probate or Litigation with probate elements
* Strong understanding of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
* Excellent negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
