Overview
A well-established food manufacturing business is seeking a Part-Time Interim HR Advisor to support its people operations during a period of growth and organisational change. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.
Responsibilities
* Providing generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
* Managing ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence reviews
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding for both factory and office roles
* Advising line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
* Assisting with compliance, policy updates, and audit preparation
* Contributing to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Qualifications
* Experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes
* Confident handling ER cases and advising managers independently
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
