Are you a Psychology graduate looking to kick-start your career in educational psychology? Are you passionate about supporting young people and keen to gain hands‑on experience in a vibrant school setting? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology graduate to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Walthamstow, working closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Whether you’re a recent Psychology graduate, or a graduate looking for your next step into a more specialised field, this role provides invaluable exposure to child development, behaviour management, and learning support. It’s also ideal for any Psychology graduate exploring a future in teaching, child therapy, or clinical psychology.


The Role

* Full-time, term-time position starting in January

* Working 1:1 and in small groups with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH

* Supporting teaching staff in delivering inclusive learning strategies

* Implementing tailored interventions to aid emotional regulation and learning development

* Gaining experience with EHCPs, safeguarding procedures, and multi-agency collaboration
