Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand needs, and ensure satisfaction. Proactively engage to evolve current services and solution new opportunities.
* Project Management: Manage full project lifecycle, including solutioning, planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Ensure on-time, within-budget, and in-scope delivery.
* Communication and Coordination: Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Facilitate communication and align client needs with company objectives.
* Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate potential risks and issues. Ensure timely resolution.
* Performance Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Work with sales team to generate new business.
* Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
