Technical Incident Manager - Birchwood
£26,000 • Mon-Fri Hybrid Working (3 days in office / 2 days WFH) • 35 hrs per week
What You'll Be Doing
* Assess and process mechanical breakdown warranty claims
* Deliver top-tier service to customers, dealer partners and repairers
* Build strong relationships with main dealer workshops and repair centres
* Keep documentation accurate and complete
* Support continuous improvement across the claims process
* Help maintain a positive, collaborative team culture
What You\'ll Need
* Solid knowledge of how cars work (general understanding of vehicle mechanics & parts)
* Confident with MS Office and general PC skills
* Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
* Ability to stay calm, professional and customer-focused
* Bonus points if you speak French or German!
Working Hours
Rotating monthly shifts: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm. Includes a 1-hour lunch + 10-minute breaks morning and afternoon.
