Responsibilities
* Generate leads, opportunities, and close sales with new and existing accounts throughout the UK to meet sales targets for Narrow Web Customers.
* Establish, develop and manage first‑class sustainable technical and commercial relationships with existing, new and strategic customers, and assume account management responsibilities for agreed accounts.
* Provide technical service support to ensure a superior customer experience.
* Work with the Commercial Director and Technical Manager to ensure the products proposed meet the needs and demands of the customer base.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables and/or printing (Flexographic, Offset, Screen or Gravure).
* Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
* Proven track record for succeeding with new business growth.
* Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools.
* IT skills – competent in the use of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
