As a Ward Manager at our Leicester Hospital, you're a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You've already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you're organised, highly motivated and engaged.
As a Ward Manager, you will:
* Manage the day to day running of our ward department
* Lead a team of highly qualified nurses

The Hospital has been rated as a 'Good' hospital by the CQC and achieved this rating across the 5 key lines of enquiry across all departments inspected
