Position: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Contract Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic school in Hinckley. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping students achieve their full potential within a positive, inclusive learning environment.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will collaborate with teachers and students to provide additional support, assisting with learning activities, supporting students needing extra help, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
2. Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
3. Support students with specific needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
4. Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
5. Assist teachers with lesson delivery and assessments.
6. Collaborate with the SENCO and staff to develop and implement support strategies.
7. Encourage students' personal and academic growth through positive reinforcement.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children, ideally in educational or support roles.
* A genuine passion for working with students and facilitating their success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to individual student needs and promote inclusivity.
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude towards student development.
* Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the school community.
