We are currently working in partnership with a Surrey based Local Authority, who are looking to appoint a Housing Performance and Insight Officer on a 3-month temporary basis. This will be a full-time position of 37 hours per week with hybrid working (3 days home working per week). The rate of pay is either £282.17 per hour via an umbrella company or £220 PAYE including holiday. The ideal candidate will have solid housing management experience including policy & strategy writing, gathering & analysing KPI data and producing reports for senior managers Duties will include (but are not limited to): Designing and delivering the housing services performance management framework Delivering projects, interventions and initiatives and developing policies Ensuring that enquiries and cases are managed and completed (within Specialist teams, Case Management and Customer Services) Developing, reporting and monitoring performance & insight data and systems Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, professional codes of practice and adherence to council policy Experience required: Experience required in Housing Management Experience of using performance data to position the business both from a regulatory and Public Relations perspective Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Performance management Report writing Housing legislation knowledge Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working Opportunity to ...
