* Maintain and develop strong business-to-business relationships with allocated trade accounts across the assigned territory.
* Identify and approach prospective new commercial customers to expand M Comm's trade base within the allocated territory.
* Deliver value to M Comm and to trade accounts through sustained revenue growth and account development.
* Discuss customer requirements and negotiate product selection, order volumes, pricing and credit terms within approved limits.
* Advise customers on the technical features and provisioning of SIM, eSIM, and network products, including guidance on network activations, eSIM set‑up, and use of the company's digital ordering and sales platform.
* Support the commercial roll‑out of new product lines by advising trade customers on commercial terms, platform features and suitability.
* Provide activation reports and sales insights to trade accounts to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Advise trade accounts on stock requirements and recommend timely re‑orders to optimise their sales performance.
* Advise trade accounts on suitable product selection and specifications to match their customer base.
* Liaise with the Regional Sales Manager and provide territory‑level inputs to support strategic sales decisions.
* Educate existing trade customers on new products, services and promotional offers that add value and increase revenue.
* Utilise business intelligence tools to provide sales insights and performance data to trade accounts and to management.
* Keep trade accounts informed of prices, credit terms, delivery dates, payment arrangements and product delivery details.
* Carry out follow‑up visits and calls to maintain customer satisfaction and to secure further orders.
* Provide feedback on competitor activity, customer trends and recommendations on sales and marketing strategies.
* Promote M Comm's products to prospective and existing trade customers and represent the company at relevant trade events.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, customer communications and complaints on the company's sales portal for all allocated trade accounts.
* Uphold company standards for customer service and professional conduct in all commercial interactions.
* Participate in sales meetings and present account updates, sales performance and market feedback to colleagues and management.
* Work towards agreed monthly and annual sales and account‑growth targets.
