Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for a Scheduler to join their Social Housing team in Liverpool on a permanent basis.
As a Scheduler within social housing you will manage the logistics of property maintenance, acting as a central point for residents and trade operatives by scheduling repairs, allocating work orders, and tracking progress to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include
* data input
* processing invoices
* managing the diaries of trade teams.
Scheduling & Allocation:
* Plan and schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance, ensuring appropriate trade operatives are assigned to tasks.
Communication:
* Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, managing their queries and providing updates on work progress.
Data Management:
* Input data, process invoices and timesheets, and track works orders to ensure timely completion.
Support Operational Teams:
* Liaise with trade operatives and management to support operational delivery, maintain productivity, and manage workloads.
Customer Service:
* Deliver excellent customer service, resolve telephone enquiries, and contribute to improving resident satisfaction with maintenance services.
Reporting:
* Monitor and report on the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Skills & Experience
Customer Service:
* Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and manage enquiries effectively.
Organizational Skills:
* Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a reactive and busy workload.
IT Proficiency:
* Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel and Outlook, and ideally, experience with dynamic scheduling software.
Communication Skills:
* Ability to communicate effectively with both residents and operational staff.
Problem-Solving:
* Capability to identify and propose improvements to processes and service delivery.
Social Housing Experience:
* Experience within the social housing sector is highly beneficial.
