Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager for Rainscreen Cladding and EWI will be responsible for:
* Field sales of high-quality external wall insulation (EWI) and rainscreen cladding systems, including terracotta, aluminium, GRC, stone, mesh, or UHPC.
* Managing relationships with main contractors, installers, and specialist cladding contractors (approximately 60%).
* Winning specification projects with architects and other specifiers (approximately 40%).
* Developing new business in sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, student accommodation, built-to-rent, and education.
* Handling projects with values ranging from £75,000 for EWI to £150,000-£200,000 for rainscreen cladding.
* Achieving a revenue target of approximately £1.8m-£2m.
* Working with excellent internal sales, PR, and marketing support.
* Building your career with an established company and strong product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Field sales experience with external building products.
* Understanding of specification sales processes.
* Experience selling to main contractors or specialist cladding installers.
* Knowledge of rainscreen cladding or EWI is not essential but advantageous.
* Experience in building envelope systems such as cladding, render, brick slips, or curtain walling.
* Architectural specification sales experience is not mandatory.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and proven sales track record.
