What the Job Involves The role of Lead Officer, Planning Delivery, involves coordinating the planning process for key sites and major developments within the Royal Borough of Kingston. You will guide the entire journey from pre-application to development, ensuring sound advice and positive outcomes. The role also involves facilitating planning processes, managing a cohesive team approach, and acting as the Council's expert in various planning appeal scenarios. You will respond to community and stakeholder concerns and complaints, build partnerships, and act as a deputy to the Head of Development Management.
