The University of Liverpool is offering a unique opportunity for a coach who is passionate about Rugby League and is seeking to continue our drive for excellence by working closely with the Club Committee and Sport Liverpool Team.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to improving performance and developing Rugby League at all levels. You will ideally have experience or empathy of working within a student environment.

Role Requirements
•To lead and deliver structured rugby league coaching sessions to the Club Members at the University of Liverpool.
•To take responsibility for the 1st team coaching.
•Liaise with SL team in working with Performance Athletes
•To work with the team captain to select teams for league fixtures.
•To provide feedback and development of Club Members.
•To assist in the recruitment of Club Members.
•To adhere to the rules and regulations of the sport and of the university
•To be committed to professional development.
Playing Commitment of Team
1st Team – League competition
BUCS Championships
Christie Championships
Training Times
Tuesday and Thursday evening: Time TBC 6pm onwards
Attendance at Sunday league fixture is also essential.
Term time only – 23 weeks per year between mid September – April
Required Qualifications
•UKCC Level 2 (or equivalent)
•Experience of playing Rugby League to a high level is desirable.
•First aid certificate.
•You must have adequate Insurance cover for this role.
