Sales Administrator – Full time 40hrs a week – Monday to Friday
Officed based – Nailsea, Bristol
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
* Dealing with incoming external sales enquiries (telephone or email)
* Processing internal sales enquiries
* Producing accurate technical quotations
* Following up with customers
* Preparing orders to hand over to the Project Management and Production team
* General support to the sales team
The job entails working in a vibrant and busy office environment. Initially a small team,
the company is looking to expand into new markets and other product fields and therefore new opportunities will arise from this in the future.
Skills required:
* Microsoft office suite – excel – strong computer literacy skills
* Good numerical skills
* Experience in administrative tasks
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Experience working with international businesses
* Basic ability to interpret Site Building drawings accurately
