Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 22.5 hours per week, Term Time Only working, 36 + 2 weeks per year.

What Youll Do
Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students
Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence
Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track
Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom
Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
What Youll Bring
Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching all welcome)
A genuine passion for helping students succeed
Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting diverse learners
