A highly impressive boutique global executive search and advisory firm seeking a polished, dynamic and well-versed Search EA to come in and support their impressive yet down-to-earth Partner, within the financial services team. The firm are going through a really exciting time, as they are growing their teams, in London, New York and Europe. The role itself:
* Project and Search Execution
* Client and Candidate management
* Data Management and Financial Duties
* Complex diary and travel management
* General Administration duties
* Event and project organisation
The person:
* Ideally a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications required
* Previous PA/EA experience in executive search or a consultancy firm
* Exceptional multi-tasker able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
* Outstanding organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining composure
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build relationships across levels/functions and communicate effectively
* Collaborative team player able to maximize team performance
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Ability to learn databases, systems, and software quickly
* Demonstrated ethics, integrity, confidentiality and discretion in the workplace
