The role involves handling information related to the exploitation and abuse of children, violence, and wider criminal behaviour.
* Provide an efficient and confidential business support service to front line and statutory services.
* Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing advice, guidance, signposting, and support to internal and external customers across various service functions in accordance with legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Respond to correspondence, managing incoming and outgoing information.
* Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, employees, and members of the public, ensuring effective communication.
* Support Statutory Meetings by accurately recording decisions promptly using mobile IT devices, forms, and templates.
* Organise and coordinate meetings, diaries, and appointments, ensuring suitable schedules and venues.
* Undertake project work and research, ensuring high-quality information is delivered on time.
* Analyse data and produce reports suitable for various audiences, including senior managers, elected members, employees, and the public.
* Perform administrative duties while managing interruptions and conflicting demands from customer queries and requests.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
