Job Introduction
* Manage a team of Receptionists & Porters to deliver a specific standard of Guest experience
* Supervisor the day-to-day operation of the Business Event Centre and Main Reception
* To complete monthly team rotas, deliver staff team briefings and training, as required
* To assist in menu planning, food presentation and meeting room catering service standards.
* To deliver the highest standards of customer service and first point of contact for delegates/visitors
* To collate end of month department data and reports and as requested by FOH Manager
* To undertake audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested.
* To manage the HMRC Matrix booking system to maximise occupancy rates.
* To supervisor & coordinate the corporate meetings within the Business Event Centre

* Experience of following and ensuring implementation of Health and Safety Procedures
* Experience of the undertaking of conference and events coordination.
