đĄ What youâll be doing
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
* Keep applications running seamlessly by proactively monitoring and resolving issues.
* Deliver highâquality support with a customerâfirst mindset.
* Act as a technical escalation point and collaborate with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
* Support upgrades, patches, and deployments through robust change control processes.
* Produce and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical guides.
* Identify improvements that enhance performance, stability, and user experience.
* Ensure compliance with data, security, and organisational standards.
* Participate in outâofâhours support when needed.
đ§ What youâll bring
Weâre looking for someone with a strong blend of technical knowledge, problemâsolving ability, and a proactive âcanâdoâ attitude. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience in an Application Support or similar ITILâaligned environment.
* Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
* Handsâon experience with SQL Server, relational databases, TâSQL, XML, HTML.
* Exposure to integration/messaging platforms (BizTalk, MuleSoft) and APIs.
* Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPN, firewalls).
* Knowledge of C# and .NET.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk).
* Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
* Ability to produce clear documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
* Experience with system checks, maintenance activities, RCA, configuration management, testing and deployment processes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative working style.
* A flexible, curious mind and eagerness to keep learning.
