Environment Change Institute, School of Geography and the Environment, South Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3QY Oxford Net Zero is looking for a Programme Administrator to join our team at the School of Geography and the Environment. This is a unique opportunity to support one of the world’s leading climate initiatives, working with top researchers and partners across government, business, and civil society to drive progress towards net zero emissions. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the programme, from organising meetings and hybrid events, to managing diaries, travel and expenses, supporting recruitment, and helping us connect with partners across government, business, and civil society. We are looking for someone who is:
1. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
2. Confident with communication, IT, and financial processes
3. Able to manage a busy workload and competing priorities
4. Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making a difference
An interest in climate change and sustainability, or experience in a research environment, would be an advantage.
