EHCP Coordinator (x2) Contract Length: Until 31st March 2026 (Hybrisd working) Rate: £260 - £280 per day (depending on experience) We are currently recruiting two experienced EHCP Coordinators to support a local authority in the Southend. The successful candidates will act as the first point of contact for an allocated caseload, managing either: New EHC assessments (approximately 40-60 cases), or Existing EHC plans (approximately 200-240 cases) Essential requirements: Proven local authority EHCP experience Strong case management and stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and statutory timescales Application requirements: Candidates must submit a CV and a cover letter (maximum two sides) outlining their suitability for the role.
