Job summary
We have the opportunity for individuals who are caring and compassionate and enjoy being part of an established hard-working team to join us on Ward 33 in a Clinical Support Worker role to implement a high standard of care and ensure patient safety is paramount.
Previous care experience is essential, and completion of care certificate is desirable
Main duties of the job
To assist Registered Nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team in implementing patients' care plan. Also undertake some clerical and domestic duties to ensure a safe environment.
Provide personal care to patients Bathing, toileting, feeding and care of the in accordance to Trust policies and procedures.Demonstrates own duties to new starters and others as appropriate.Observe patients and reports any changes to a Registered Nurse.Perform basic observation process by using automated device for temperature, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation's and basic patient measurements height and weight
