A rare and strategic opportunity has arisen for a Family Partner (or ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step up) to join a growing Top 50 national law firm as they launch their new office in Milton Keynes.This is a growth-focused hire with the opportunity to help establish and shape the firm's regional Family Law presence. With a strong national footprint, modern infrastructure and a commercially driven culture, the firm offers an agile, forward-thinking platform designed to support ambitious lawyers with business development drive and client relationships.The Role - What You'll Be DoingLead and build the Family Law practice in Milton Keynes, supported by a national network of family, private client, corporate and property specialists.Advise on a broad range of private family matters, including:High-net-worth divorce and financial remedy casesUltra-high-net-worth and complex asset cases involving businesses, property portfolios, trusts and pensionsPrivate children matters, including international relocation and complex contact disputesCohabitation, pre/post-nuptial and separation agreementsProtective injunctions and disputes involving financial and non-financial abuseDevelop lasting client relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and family offices.Collaborate across Family, Private Client, Real Estate, Corporate and Tax teams to maximise cross-referrals and full-service capability.Mentor junior lawyers and support recruitment to grow the Milton Keynes Family team.Represent the firm at networking events, private wealth forums and family law associations (Resolution, FLBA, IAFL, etc).About YouEstablished Family Partner, or Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership.Proven expertise in high-value financial remedy and private children work, ideally with exposure to HNW/UHNW matters.Strong business development capability, with existing client relationships or a modest following desirable.Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, excited by the opportunity to help build a new regional presence.Client-focused, collaborative and confident handling sensitive, discreet and complex matters.Why Join?Growing Top 50 National Firm with a modern, collaborative and commercial culture.Strategic Growth Role - shape and influence the development of the new Milton Keynes office.Leading Earnings Potential - £110k-£160k starting package, plus bonuses and clear progression.Full-Service National Platform - strong brand, modern support and cross-office collaboration.Entrepreneurial Environment - ideal for those who enjoy BD, autonomy and building client relationships.If you're a family law specialist seeking a high-impact, strategic role within a growing Top 50 national firm, please contact Faith Kelly for a confidential conversation.
