Requirements Demonstrated background as a Goods Out Manager or in a comparable supervisory position within an e-commerce warehouse setting. Strong team management skills and leadership potential In-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles. Outstanding organisational abilities and proficient multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly advantageous. Good understanding of people management processes including absence management, 1-2-1s and performance management. Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Forklift certification is a valuable asset.
