We have a position available within the Service Placement Team, where you can make a positive contribution to supporting our County as well as being given the opportunity to develop alongside your work. We offer a flexible approach to your work life balance where possible.
The Team Undertakes The Work In Relation To The Commissioning Of Packages Of Care For Elderly And Vulnerable People Throughout Nottinghamshire On Behalf Of Adult Social Care Practitioners. This Involves
* Using agreed procedures and activities to undertake a range of financial support processes resolving issues, reporting, and reconciling accounts
* Using MOSAIC, the social care record system, to a high degree of accuracy, including the purchasing of financial commitments and the completion of workflows
* Quality Assuring & Inputting key information ensuring GDPR compliance
* Responsible for the sourcing, costing, and commissioning of care and support services
* Providing advice and guidance to social care staff, business partners on processes and operational service issues
You will be enthusiastic, positive, and willing to be part of a supportive team. Demonstrating the ability to communicate at all levels, who are well organised and able to work on their own initiative and manage their own workload. Possess excellent numeracy and ICT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. You should have a flexible and adaptable manner, great attention to detail, can work under pressure, adapt to change, and meet required deadlines.
We provide a full Induction, extensive training, and support will be provided by experienced colleagues in a supportive and safe environment.
Due to the nature of our work, all applicants will need to be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations.
These roles will have a hybrid working style, with the expectation to attend Nottinghamshire office bases as and when required.
