Job Title: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
Salary: Up to £24 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Location: Liverpool
Key Responsibilities
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Assets, including Legionella control, adhering to safety standards and specifications.
* Proactively identify and address plant faults and defects, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining serviceable order.
* Manage spare parts inventory and provide accurate lists and time estimates for remedial works.
* Complete all necessary paperwork and CAFM entries for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely submission.
* Oversee and monitor subcontractor work on site, ensuring compliance with safety practices and maintaining a professional image.
Qualifications + Skills
* NVQ level 3 or similar (desirable)
* Facilities management experience (preferred)
