Overview
Permanent, Full time. We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team. Working across Cambridgeshire, East of England. Main towns: Cambridge, Peterborough, Stevenage, Hitchin, Luton, Bedford, Haverhill.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
* Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, flooring, kitchen and bathroom fitting in a social housing setting.
* Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You / Qualifications
* NVQ level 2 Building Maintenance Operative (or equivalent qualification)
* CSCS Blue Skilled Workers Card
* Health & Safety knowledge
* Customer focused with experience in both occupied and void properties
* Passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time
* Social Housing maintenance experience is desirable
* Own tools and a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
