We are currently seeking Catering Assistants to work in our busy hospital kitchen providing high-quality food and beverage services to patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals for patients, staff, and visitors
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen
Serve hot and cold beverages, snacks, and meals to hospital staff and visitors
Ensure a clean and welcoming environment in all Catering areas
Work alongside a friendly and professional team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
A passion for food and customer service
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A flexible and reliable approach to work

Additional Information For Candidates
Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
