Overview
Part Time Weekend Contracts available (15 - 20) hours per week Lords Hill, SO16. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Lords Hill, SO16. You will be supporting 6 wonderful ladies and 2 gents in their own flats. They are aged between 30s to 50s, are sociable and enjoy going to the cinema, cafes, discos, and day centre.
Responsibilities
* Documentation: Keep written records using IT systems, including support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records.
* Environment: Create a calm and therapeutic environment for the people we support.
* Personal Care: Provide elements of personal care and assist with mobility aids as needed.
* Medication: Administer medication safely and accurately.
* Companionship: Engage in and support the ladies\' social activities and interests.
