About The Role
* Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off – (07:00 – 19:30)
* Hourly Rate: £13.70 (paid weekly)
This is a permanent, weekly‑paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long‑term growth opportunities within a thriving business.
As an AMFRESH Line Leader, you will:
* Lead and motivate your team to ensure smooth production line performance.
* Oversee our production lines and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
* Monitor and record KPI performance through regular admin work.
* Report stock discrepancies and issues promptly to your manager.
* Make effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
* Complete all required paperwork and admin tasks before the end of each shift.
