Opportunity: BMS Application/System Engineer at Honeywell
Join Honeywell at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge, CB2 0AA UK as a BMS Application/System Engineer. You will develop software and graphics to meet client objectives and user needs, reviewing and revising macros for applications as needed.
Reporting Line: This role reports directly to the Field Service Leader and is based full-time on-site at Francis Crick Avenue, Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and modify existing software to improve functionality; remodel and adapt graphics; establish communication with HLI over Modbus.
2. Identify client needs, review and test software and graphics; provide technical support to clients and FM teams. Experience with Care or CPO is advantageous.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to define technical requirements, develop solutions, create prototypes, and contribute to project proposals. Maintain positive client relationships and oversee installed iBMS systems.
4. Manage infrastructure, including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems and software; proactively identify and resolve issues.
5. Write reports, organize routine maintenance, coordinate shutdowns, and perform site risk assessments. Follow method statements and contribute to all tasks assigned by the Systems Manager.
6. Serve as the first point of contact for issues related to iBMS, CCTV, and access control systems across the campus.
7. Configure access control systems, CCTV, and other security systems. Knowledge of Honeywell Tema Controllers and DVM software is preferred.
8. Understand basic networking and IP configurations related to security systems.
