About the role
This role requires delivering exceptional customer service to Which? Tech Members via voice (calls and callbacks) and email, ensuring an outstanding customer experience every time.
Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborating effectively with the Member Service Centre and Tech support teams.
* Developing knowledge of Which? products, services, and the tech market.

* Excellent computer skills.
* Experience in a busy customer service environment.
* Strong communication skills, confident in explaining complex ideas.
