Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional service to our clients and the very best care for their pets, acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team.
* Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the wider practice team.
* Ensure every client receives outstanding service during their visit, leaving them satisfied and confident they will return.
* Greet clients warmly, offering support, guidance, and expertise, while confidently managing payments and future bookings.
* Help coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day practice operations using our online booking system; strong computer literacy is essential.
* Work collaboratively with team members to keep the reception and all practice areas at a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
* Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and local policies within the surgery.

* Be the friendly, welcoming face for clients and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
* Keep up to date with practice services and additional offerings so you can confidently provide guidance.
* Be calm, attentive, and consistently focused on client needs.

* Handle a range of situations, from supporting clients through difficult news to sharing the excitement of a new puppy's first visit.

Salary & Hours
This is a part-time role working 25.5 hours per week, between 8:30am and 7:00pm, with a salary of up to £12.90 per hour.
