My client are a fintech business that service the Financial services industry. Rapid growth sees the recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join their London based team.
The Role
1. Provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support for offices in London, Germany, Luxembourg, Paris, and USA.
2. Resolve IT Incidents and Requests promptly via ticketing and communication platforms.
3. Utilise diagnostic techniques and remote troubleshooting.
4. Maintain accurate records of queries, problems, and resolutions.
5. Analyse call logs to identify common issues and improve support processes.
6. Develop and update user-guides and team documentation.
7. Manage AV equipment and meeting technology.
8. Support multiple IT platforms including Azure, Office, Mimecast, Backups, Exclaimer Cloud, etc.
Your Profile
To apply for this role you will have around 2-5 years experience in a service desk role. You will be progressive, inquisitve and have the desire to get stuck in and grow with the business. You will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
9. £40,000 - £50,000 + an extremely generous bonus
