Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, leading a talented team of developers in delivering modern, scalable digital solutions that make a real impact.
The Role
This is a 'hands on' leadership role and you'll be responsible for developing and enhancing key business systems within the Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The team is currently expanding its use of

Working within an

You'll also play a key role in developing new digital services, including a Power Platform portal that will enable online registration and payments for professionals, as the organisation moves away from paper-based systems.
Key Responsibilities

(Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Proven experience managing or mentoring developers in an
Agile, DevOps
environment.
Experience with
Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development.
Knowledge of

27 days annual leave (rising to 30 after two years)
A focus on professional development and training
Hybrid working (2 days in the Birmingham office per week)
A collaborative, Agile culture that values innovation and teamwork
