You'll become part of a friendly team who supports two ladies and one gentleman, all with various learning and physical disabilities to live in their own home. You'll feel right at home there! There is a lovely homely feel and a separate sensory room within the home.
Along with supporting all aspects of daily living, the individuals are fun‑loving and enjoy a busy social life, so you’ll also support them with their hobbies and interests, including swimming, arts & crafts, baking, music, movies, shopping trips and days out.

We’ll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you’ll need to build your career within the Health & Social Care sector. We’ll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and your SSSC registration fees.
The individuals we support have barriers to their communication, so it is essential that you also bring an excellent grasp of the English language.
Shifts will fall into patterns of early mornings (from 0700 hours), days and evenings. Weekends, waking nights, sleepovers and public holidays will also form part of your work schedule on a rotational basis. When working a sleepover, the sleep part of your shift isn’t included in your contracted hours. You receive £100.80 per sleepover worked.
Salary - £25,553 per annum (part‑time pro rate).
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support of our Training Academy. If you’re successful, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment.
Please note – if you have spent more than 12 months outside the UK (excluding France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre‑employment checks.
