We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-driven Retail Sales Manager to help lead our BMW New Car Sales team. You’ll be a key part of the department’s success – owning the enquiry process, driving finance performance, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued. Your Role & Responsibilities: Maximise sales and finance opportunities while maintaining profitability and compliance. Drive customer and finance retention using eMaster, CRM, and service leads to identify and convert opportunities. Lead live enquiry management: allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure no opportunity is missed. Challenge daily team activity and step in to support or close deals when needed. Personally meet or support every retail customer at handover to maintain premium satisfaction. Foster a positive, can-do culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
