The Client Service Director has two primary areas of responsibility.
Firstly, as business developer taking responsibility to win new clients and support the Regional Director (RD) with the growth of the region. Secondly, as account director taking responsibility for the smooth running, growth and development of client accounts.
As a CSD you will retain a client book with the expected split of time to be 60/40 growth and development/client work.
You will work with the business development team and be part of the sales community, working to develop your own prosects individually and alongside the team.
You will be leading by example, ensuring that client service level standards and performance are consistent with agreed levels, flagging any concerns to the RD to enable them to step in and support as required.
The Role
Growth and Business Development
1. Working with the Regional Director and Business development team to develop opportunities with key prospects within the Midlands areas.
2. Developing own book of prospects
3. Contributing to the sales strategy within the Midlands
4. Networking and meeting local/relevant business leaders in the community
5. Active use and promotion of WTW on linked in.
6. Collaborating with other WTW colleagues, lines of business and practice leaders to deliver the best WTW solutions to prospects possible
7. Maintaining a personal portfolio of clients
8. Being part of the Account Director community to utilise the full breadth of skills and experience from the broader WTW business, to connect WTW and deliver the best of WTW to our clients and our prospects and sharing best practice.
Conduct Risk:
9. Maintaining a good knowledge of conduct risk and compliance requirements, ensuring that all activities are compliant
10. Putting the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way they do business

11. Support overall operational governance
12. Support management and the wider Company in the management of risks applicable to areas of employment
13. Any other duties commensurate with position or level of responsibility
14. Maintain relevant qualifications required for the role and actively manage own personal development.
