Job Description:
This role involves helping to manage a multi-million-pound store by motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.
Responsibilities may include supporting the Store Manager with tasks such as sorting deliveries, placing orders, dealing with customer queries, managing staff performance, organizing holiday rotas, and focusing on sales maximization, customer service, cost minimization, and operational efficiency. You should be prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes when needed.

Requirements:
* Experienced people manager
* Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environment
* Skilled in time management and operational efficiency
