What is the purpose of the role and expectations?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Property Administrator to join our team at UWE. As the successful candidate you will play a crucial role in supporting the job completion and billing process, ensuring accuracy of information and collating required documentation.
What will be my core responsibilities?
* Administration support for the QS team and Finance acting as the liaison point and resolving any queries
* Run regular reports from company CAFM system
* Compare client and company systems
* Ensure all tasks are in correct status to bill client, with correct evidence
* Collate and input the required information to raise accurate invoices which includes; sales rates, stock and material costs, timesheets and the original quotation
* Work with large sets of data and analyse any discrepancies and common issues
* Carry out billing investigations
* Chase suppliers on PO/Invoicing Queries
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally familiarity with Epix & Verisae CAFM.(Training provided)
* Good numerical skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
