Key Responsibilities
* Selling cross-platform and bespoke solutions to agents, developers, and suppliers in the commercial property industry. This role involves new business development and account management.
* Maintain and grow your territory, increasing new business and revenues from key accounts.
* Selling advertising, digital, and event sponsorships to meet targets.
* Research competition for new leads.
* Acquire new customers to generate revenue and increase market share.
* Maintain and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships through high levels of customer service.
* Manage delivery of performance reports for digital campaigns in collaboration with ad ops and email teams.
Skills and Experience
* Proven success in a consultative new business approach.
* Experience in building and managing relationships with key decision makers.
* Degree level education or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Previous experience with structured sales training methods.
